p.1, A. J. Draper, Auctioneer, to the Under-Secretary, DEA, 8 January 1908: Applicant was born in Victoria but married a German. 'before she can be the holder of Real Property, she must now become narturalised. Considerable delay has taken place in effecting the transfer of some property she has bought here lately, and I trust that her certificates will be forwarded without delay, as the matter is of some importance to her.' p.7, dated 28 January 1908 makes it sound like a first application was never received so the paperwork has been sent again and processed this time.
