Further comments

Josepha's ship "Gauntlet" was built in Dumbarton in 1853, as a cargo/passenger ship, and sailed under the British flag - first registered in Liverpool, and deleted from the British register in 1886 - there is no mention of what happened to it after this.

She comments that she has lived with her father all this time, and they are about to move to Ipswich in Queensland.
