Other information | She writes in 1915 asking for a copy of her naturalisation certificate so she can by property. She further states, under oath, that she left her husband after his ill treatment and was afraid to go back to find the original certificate as he had threatened to kill her. She has, she says, received a letter from her solicitor saying her husband has now returned to Germany. |
