Johanna says she arrived on the Caesar Godfroy, this is probably the Casesar Godeffroy, which left Hamburg on the 27 May 1868, arriving in Adelaide on 11 September 1868 (not 31 August 1868).
I found a Louisa Wollf of the same age, leaving from Hamburg to Adelaide, arriving on 11 September, and this could well be her. See http://passengersinhistory.sa.gov.au/node/715276
There are letters attached saying her application was accepted, but it was returned as a dead letter (ie not collected). A letter is then sent to their Referee to see if he knows the correct address. It is finally delivered to her and she sends back the receipt.
