H Mahon to Senator Turley, 30 August 1916: thanks him for visit to Department to discuss application. 'in view of your representations, further consideration will be given to the case and the result conveyed to Mrs Kroopka'

H Mahon, Memo, 30 August 1916: Senator Turley's vist. She is recommended, and her husband 'has "prospects" of becoming entitled to certain property in Russia which he would jeopordise if... naturalized' but she would lose her own property if she is not naturalised.
